Order Processing

All orders are processed within [5-10 business days] after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we’ll notify you by email.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within United States.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise noted.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@southerncottonandco.com We can only update addresses before the order has shipped.
